Module Two - mindful journey and mindset

During module 2- 

3 Minutes Breathing Space

through the 3 minute breathing space, you will understand is ok to have multiple feelings and have multiple thoughts. The main journey/purpose is to allow the mind to connect with your physical sensation and breathe. To truly acknowledge the present and as long as you BREATHE, thought will come but vis breathing, it will allow you to live in the present. The main point “ is ok for thoughts to come for a visit, but do not invite them for a drink”-  self- discipline and self- awareness. We are humans.

Relate to real- life. To eat and read is ok. As long as you breathe, be aware that the ice-cream is sweet and the thought of e-book. If we divert from the book, eat a mouth of ice cream and back to the book journey. In many times, is not what we are doing that allow us to grow but is what we are processing in our mind with our actions that will build a future
