Introduction to my life

The reason why I took mindfulness course is that recently my mum pass away I suddenly feel quite lost. out of coincidence, I come across an awareness workshop called Asia works and the first week lessons focus on awareness. I am not a person that is able to "feel" easily or portray my emotion out. after attending the workshop, I feel that I am able to show my emotion out easier and becoming more like a human. this is why I decide to go for this awareness course. 

In this blog, I will go through my, first impression of meditation, improvements and journey after attending the 
                       De-Mystifying Mindfulness 
from Coursera. 

So lets the journey begins !
